Documents uploaded to the Behaviour App are intended to be stored securely within your account using private storage controls and secure access patterns where available.

ConnectFirst uses reasonable security measures to help protect uploaded information.

Your uploaded documents remain private to your account unless you intentionally approve sharing. Practitioner sharing only occurs when it has been approved by the parent or authorised account holder.

Please consider whether a document is necessary before uploading it, and avoid uploading unnecessary identifying information whenever possible.

ConnectFirst takes practical steps to support document security, but no online platform can be guaranteed completely risk-free. This page is intended to help you make a considered and informed choice about what you store.
