How do I access my account and subscription settings?

Go to My account from the Companion screen. From there you can view your subscription and open the billing portal to manage payment details.

I cannot log in. What should I do?

First, confirm you are using the same email used during signup. Then try resetting your password. If it still fails, email support and include the email address you used.

Where can I find saved chats?

Open the Personalise section in the left panel and choose Saved Chats. Your previous conversations are stored there.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. Open My account and select Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal where you can update or cancel your plan.
